Avoid Hidden and Junk Fees

At WrightDavis Property Management it’s our goal to eliminate the stress of property ownership and minimize your costs. When considering hiring a property management company, please stay away from companies who charge hidden or junk fees. Many of these fees include the following:

At WrightDavis we have a very upfront fee structure. We only have 2 fees (and no junk fees or hidden fees!)

  1. Our fee for finding a tenant is equal to 75% of the first months rent.
  2. Our monthly property management fee is equal to 10% of the monthly rent

We have no other fees.
