WrightDavis Property Management makes every effort to properly screen tenants. While no background check can completely eliminate risk, our extensive screening process will substantially lower the possibility of future problems. Despite our best intention, eviction of tenants may occur from time to time. In the unlikely event a tenant who was approved, placed and actively managed by WrightDavis Property Management needs to be evicted within the first 12 months of placement, WrightDavis agrees to absorb the legal costs associated with the eviction. In addition, if an eviction becomes necessary, WrightDavis shall work with a local real estate attorney who specializes in landlord/tenant law to ensure the eviction is handled correctly.
